It was 10 to seven (PM) and I was just finishing up in the field getting some shots of Passion Flowers in the fading light. When I got back to my truck and started home, I saw this in the North Eastern sky. I was blown away by the blue. I don’t think I have ever seen this color in the sky particularly at this time of the year when white haze rules. It turned out to be a one shot special with the wide angle. Later, when I had it up on the big screen, my wife walked in and said….”Wow, when did you get that……back in the Spring?” “Nope”, just took it about 20 minutes ago.” She ran outside, looked up and remarked, “Maybe this is a good sign that the super heat is on the way out.” I hope so. See you next time on most of this same blog.
