The moment of sunrise on the Outer Banks on a February morning this past winter. Today’s heat ( it was near 90 today here and the humidity was pretty drippy as well) made me remember what a delightful fall and winter we have had on the coast. The cold pretty much stayed away from Eastern North Carolina. But good things don’t last forever and so it is on the coast. The heat is back and with it will come the crowds as another beach season rolls around. Time to find those beach chairs and umbrellas. See you next time on most of this same site.
