Actually, the bright yellow Forsythia has been screaming spring for nearly a month now, far ahead of the other usually reliable signposts of warmer weather. The purple wild violets are just now beginning to show some color but the Periwinkle which in previous years has rivaled the Forsythia in being “firstest with the mostest” is just now beginning to green up. Oddly enough we had an Azalea showing color several weeks ago but a hard freeze dealt a setback. Its now making another effort at joining the parade. Stay tuned. Thanks for the look and have a great weekend.
