Photo Of The Day: Southern Gentility

These Azaleas on the farm are  Antiques.  The original plants date from more than 60 years ago and they are huge.  Of the Formosa variety, some are ten to 12 feet tall and at least that wide.  Always a joy to photograph because of the brilliant color, these scarlet red blooms arrived right on schedule.  Today is the First Day of Spring.  Hope it’s nice where you are.  Thanks for the look in and have a great evening.
