As long as I can remember, this flag has been flying every day along a vacant stretch of the Beach on the Outer Banks. It takes on special meaning this weekend when we honor the nation’s war dead. I shot this back in the winter which explains the empty beach. We won’t see this again until September. The invasion of the masses comes this weekend as the summer beach season opens. Thanks for the look. Have a great weekend and if you’re state side, have a terrific holiday.
