The skies here in Eastern North Carolina for most of this past week have been pretty much cloudless which makes for rather boring sunrises and sunsets. Such was the case yesterday morning but I could not let this scene go by without taking a shot. That’s the full moon just above the young pines. The foreground light is from the just breaking dawn. The star effect comes from the f/22 aperture on the Nikon 24-120mm f/4 lens. A timed exposure using the Nikon D600.. Thanks for looking in and have a great weekend.
