When I got out to the field before sunrise the entire sky was overcast in thick, dark gray clouds. There was hardly a glimmer of light at dawn. The cloud cover was just too dense. Then maybe two minutes after sunrise, the cloud cover broke and there was this! As Ansel said, the first rule of photography is to be there. Holy Moly was I ever. Thanks for the look and have a great evening.
